The Tranquil Spire (3D Model)

This 3D model was created as an academic project for my Studio 1 unit. The building belongs to a higher race of beings who utilize energy harvested from crystals and nature for warfare and everyday life.

The Tranquil Spire is modelled for a RTS styled video game. Its primary function serves as the structure where players store their resources used to construct buildings and train soldiers for war.

The building's geometry was created entirely within Maya, its textures in Photoshop 2015 and the completed piece was built within Unreal Engine 4. It may be hard to notice from the screenshots, but every single texture was created by hand paint and thus, was a new and challenging experience for my entire team and me.
